The company will handle the recruitment process including skill evaluation, interviewing and screening of candidates to meet the requirements of grape fruit pickers.
The company’s duties carried out include assigning work on a casual basis in a conscientious, expeditious and workmanlike manner, in line with what is acceptable throughout the fruit harvest industry. Rules and regulations will be provided by the company upon commencement. The company will warrant that our employees, agent or supervisors are competent and have the necessary skills and requirements to legally carry out the work, and shall demonstrate our duties to our partnered corporation. We will ensure that our employees are trained and understand the process of Health and Safety within the workplace.
