Superannuation Laws

The Company will contribute 10% of eligible employees’ ordinary time earnings to Super. Eligible employees are individuals over 18years and earns more than $450 gross in a calendar month, or under 18years and earn more than $450 gross per month and work more than 30hrs per week.

Occupational Health and Safety Laws

The Company will employ proactive approach to take reasonable practical measures to ensure health and safety at the workplace as well as not imposing any risks to the public. Employees are advised to wear sunscreen, broad brim hats with long sleeves shirts, closed shoes and kept hydrated. These will be provided on site if employees forget. Masks, social distancing and other relevant laws are utmost important and must be adhered to while Health Restrictions are in placed due to covid19 pandemic. It is the company’s responsibility to monitor the health of employee and monitor conditions of the work place with management control and keep records relating to health and safety of employees. Labour Hire Industry Laws
The Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 states that all labour hire providers must be licensed to operate legally in Victoria, and it is also an offence that the host contractor to provide services with non licensed labour hire provider. The company will not commence any work until a labour hire license is granted.

Workplace Law

The Company has policies in placed that it is important to make sure employees are treated fairly and with respect. The workplace should be free from discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying. In following with this policy it leads the company to comply with other relevant laws like taxation laws, equal opportunity, fair work act, superannuation guarantee to ensure that the employees are not harmed in any way in terms of mentally, physically and financially.

Migration Laws

The Company will regularly check its legal responsibilities and obey with the Australian Immigration laws. The company will not hire individuals with visas that do not have a permission to work. Applicable minimum accommodation standards – This is not applicable as the workplace is within 30 minutes driving distance from the central CBD of Victoria.
